- ARAbbie RogersJan 8, 20261.0⭐ One Star (If I could give zero, I would.) Absolutely terrible experience at the Belk in Guntersville, Alabama. The managers I dealt with—Terry and Latrease—were rude, dismissive, and had awful attitudes. Customer service here is nonexistent. I attempted to return a bracelet purchased on Christmas Eve. On my first visit (January 7), the associate was extremely ugly to me and my family and literally turned her back on my mother and refused to speak to her. Completely unacceptable. When we returned again, Terry told us we could not return the bracelet and falsely claimed that fine jewelry has no return policy. That is simply not true—Belk’s fine jewelry policy allows returns within 90 days with receipt, tags, and original condition, all of which we had. Despite this, the return was still refused. The store itself is just as bad—messy, disorganized, and honestly looks like a thrift store trying to sell “high-end” brands. I would much rather drive farther for better customer service and a better shopping experience. I will never return to this location. CALLED HUNTSVILLE AL BELK AND THEY ARE SO MUCH HELP! Way better service and so understanding!

Bought a bracelet December 18th and tried to exchange it after it broke simply trying it on. I had tags, blue tag, and my bell credit card. He straight up refused. Belka policy clearly states 90 days. I will never do business at this location again, I’m more of a Dillard’s guy anyways.
