It's like this every time we come in they are always talking and not helping customers. Husband was going to buy $150 or more worth of cologne buy you guys lost that sell because no one would stop talking long enough to help him and he had done asked for help multiple times. Now I can see why this place is distine to close.

There was no pricing On individual items? Sale signs were all in place and no one for customer assistance. The cashier in the middle of the store told me to open the APP. I didn't know you had to open an APP to Do your own customer assistance I do not want an APP to be bombarded with daily adds . Oh well I'll go to TJMAXX

- THTodd HowleNov 27, 20253.0Very Dissatisfied and Disappointing to vist, looked like A rummage sale store, little staff, Belk was always a premier league of shopping, but they need to move out of the Gadsden Mall, put a nice location out of the Mall, there were no bargains, just overpriced goods, that were dated, Belk was the best place in Gadsden for years, but it's sad that this location was like a Goodwill. Outlet Location fine, but not Belks. The Mall is not for a High end Name.
