- MSMary SmithDec 29, 20252.0Store was clean and well recovered. But the only check outs in the store were in the middle of the store. No floor associates any where? I wanted to purchase luggage . There was no pricing On individual items? Sale signs were all in place and no one for customer assistance. The cashier in the middle of the store told me to open the APP. I didn't know you had to open an APP to Do your own customer assistance I do not want an APP to be bombarded with daily adds . Oh well I'll go to TJMAXX

- THTodd HowleNov 27, 20253.0Very Dissatisfied and Disappointing to vist, looked like A rummage sale store, little staff, Belk was always a premier league of shopping, but they need to move out of the Gadsden Mall, put a nice location out of the Mall, there were no bargains, just overpriced goods, that were dated, Belk was the best place in Gadsden for years, but it's sad that this location was like a Goodwill. Outlet Location fine, but not Belks. The Mall is not for a High end Name.
- MRM RNov 22, 20251.0The website posted if you purchased $100+ on your Belk credit card you would get the Joyland 2025 Belkie stuffed bear. I did. They did not. I called Customer Service twice. Their response was "I'll send your request to my team". An email would follow up. Did not happen. I finally sent an email. I received a prompt reply. Belk is out of the bears. The only reason I put the order on the Belk's credit card was to get that bear for a first Christmas gift. All in all the baby won't miss having the bear. I'll just be more careful about Belk's promo offers in the future. Bottomline: Buyer beware.
