- MRM R2 days ago1.0The website posted if you purchased $100+ on your Belk credit card you would get the Joyland 2025 Belkie stuffed bear. I did. They did not. I called Customer Service twice. Their response was "I'll send your request to my team". An email would follow up. Did not happen. I finally sent an email. I received a prompt reply. Belk is out of the bears. The only reason I put the order on the Belk's credit card was to get that bear for a first Christmas gift. All in all the baby won't miss having the bear. I'll just be more careful about Belk's promo offers in the future. Bottomline: Buyer beware.
