Spoke with Natalie and asked her questions about clothing cost and was led around and told that they were out of stock of basic clothing, which was not helpful. Felt that I could not get very basic information and that unprofessional staff couldn't keep right type of jacket in stock. I'm considering complaining to company headquarters. 0/10
