That is super unprofessional and embarrassing for someone within management to feel like something like that is okay. Maybe HR should step in and do their job and ensure things like that aren’t going on. They also like to talk down on customers like customers don’t know what they’re doing.

Saw three people lay their potential purchase down and leave the store. after in line for 14 minutes announcement was made 3 stations opening. I went immediately to men's department for checkout and I was #4 in line there. I stayed in line there for 15 minutes watching the cashier hang and tag ten dresses before checking the next shopper.This is so ridiculous a recurring issue at this store ..probably lose more money for lost sales than paying another cashiers salary for an extra hour .

It's like this every time we come in they are always talking and not helping customers. Husband was going to buy $150 or more worth of cologne buy you guys lost that sell because no one would stop talking long enough to help him and he had done asked for help multiple times. Now I can see why this place is distine to close.
