- KHKevin HermeczJul 17, 20251.0Totally disappointed in staff and management, staff lied about what could be done and what would happen, manager could not make decisions to override staffs decision and lies, horrible horrible dealing location and people, totally recommend other sunglass places, who have the same product at lower prices and much much better customer service, and allow the sunglasses to sell themselves instead of employee line about product. When considering purchasing $250 or better worth of sunglasses, highly recommend going elsewhere besides Sun glass Hut
