  I JUST LEARNED A HARD LESSON! DO NOT SEPND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHILE YOU’RE TRAVELING BECAUSE ARIAT WILL NOT HELP YOU! I also would not have bought them had the return policy stated that I had to drive so far to return or exchange them. The refund/return policy on the bottom of the receipt states I have 90 day to return but nowhere does it say I have to bring them back to the store of purchase. Which means Ariat corporation really don’t back their own return policies. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY I WORK SO HARD FOR. I am not even asking for a refund just a different size!! The Ariat brand has the worst customer service. On October 25th I was traveling on vacation while driving through GulfPort MS. I stop at the outlet mall went in to the Ariat store and found a pair of boots I liked, however, when I got home, put the boots on and had some time to walk around the house the boots put blisters on the back of both feet.Before I left the house I had to put bandages on them just to wear my old shoes that day.So I put the boots back in the box and went online for the customer service number so that I could switch them out for a different size. Ariat corporate told me that since I did not buy them on the website I had to take them back to the store I WAS TRAVELING 12HOURS! So that’s out of the question. I called the store in Gulfport and was told I had to bring them back to the store to switch them out or they would send me a 7 1/2 and I could put thicker socks on so the will fit… I bought a 6 1/2. So really!!! I WIL NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF WHAT I WORK SO HARD FOR! We are not talking 30.00 dollars here we are talking over $100.00. If you ask me this stupid shoe was not worth that anyway!
