  Terrible service. Had items to try on but no one would open the fitting room. Others were even pushing the service buttons on the fitting room doors & nothing. Not busy at all either, and this has been my experience most everytime I've been here. Put my items back and left. Obviously no concern on AEs part for customer service. Will not be back.

  After spending hundreds of dollars(10/14)I will never be back, I was unable to to try all my items on due to shopping with small children. Watch this store!!! They have no idea how to issue refunds called this out during my initial return (10/15) or how to do a proper exchange for an online order and it’s turned into a huge mess while I’m on vacation. I wasn’t refunded the amount for my online exchange, and now being charged for the online exchange they placed for me in store .I now have an incident report out after having to call customer service back myself after leaving the store because the girl working just told me someone would be touch, never told me what or why and never gave me a reference number because she didn’t want to admit fault in her store.

  I usually really enjoy shopping at American Eagle at other locations, but today was my first and last time at this location. It was around 8:30 pm on Saturday, Oct 11th, but I do not know the name of the employee that spoke to me. As I walked into the store, something on me set off the door alarm, so I stood near the door so that if the staff needed to talk to me they could before I continued inside. Instead, my first words from a staff member were shouted at me from the front counter, “Move away from the door!” in a hateful tone. I’ve never been yelled at by strangers, but I also would definitely not expect to be greeted into a store that way. Safe to say I won’t be back.

  Do not stand by poor quality. I bought a pair of forty dollar shorts, the third time that I wore them, the button broke. I took them back to see if they would exchange them for one that didn't have a broken button. Nope. We can't take them if they don't have tags on them. As if they were going to sell a pair of broken shorts to someone else.... I just left them there.
