- SSSaraAug 20, 20251.0There are about 5 girls standing around a table talking and gossiping. They don’t welcome anyone in and they give dirty looks to all the customers. Don’t offer to help at all. Very small store and they are all huddling in one area. Can’t even get a fitting room without having to get through to one of these girls. When I’m checking out there is no hello, no how are you, nothing. Just scans my clothes and tells me the total. Not even the slightest smile. I worked at American Eagle for years and I was pushed to sell, engage, and be friendly. These girls do nothing and it really ruins the look of aerie. Do better.

The lady who checked us out was also very rude and was frustrated that she had to return an item when I had a rewards she never asked about as I was clearly holding my phone out. Overall a bad experience and won’t be returning
