- BRBritt RichardsJan 3, 20221.0I had a HORRIBLE experience with the manager Randall at the Florence, Alabama location! The store must suffer some type of negative impact when something is returned. He was very rude, would not let me speak, & also refused my return (which was within the return policy time frame). He at first said the sunglasses could not be returned, then he said they could possibly be returned, then back to saying cannot be returned. I was telling coworkers of my experience & they said they also have had issues with a return & dealing with that manager in the past. His employee had called him on his off day to ask if she could return them. He told me I was taking time from his holiday & that if I wanted something resolved that I would have to come back on his next work day. I do not recommend doing business with this "sassy" manager at the Florence, Alabama location. I was able to return them at another location with no problems at all.
