- SRShunvita RoulhacMar 3, 20261.0I purchased this necklace in November 2025 and have never been able to wear or enjoy it due to continuous breakage and repeated repair cycles. The item has spent more time being repaired than in my possession. Additionally, the lack of communication, failure to notify me when the jewelry arrived (multiple times), and shifting expectations regarding refunds demonstrate a severe breakdown in customer service and accountability. With this ongoing poor experience leader Jennifer Staples stated I am unable to be refunded by original payment as well as forfeiting my warranty cost. This is complete unacceptable. November to March I haven’t worn this necklace a full 24 hours.
