He asked for my debit card to whole before beginning installation, he then added and extra $75 to the total JUST BECAUSE then slid my debit card without even getting my approval or letting me know of this “extra fee”! When I said to him he isn’t supposed just slide someone’s card without authorization he said “well I did”. On my way home the camera kept falling off, next day the device wouldn’t turn on and I was late to work due to this! I do have to say the main office which does not have anything to do with this tech is helpful for the most part but completely not okay to have this type of techs!
