She was there when I got in line. Still there when I left. The store needs far more cashiers especially during the holidays season and have a dedicated line for returns.

Kim Thret (unsure of spelling) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me track it down and make sure it was sent to me here in SLC! Her customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced. She took time out of her busy day and called me back multiple times with updates. She is a huge asset to the Nordstrom team! Kim I can not thank you enough!
