  I was visiting Birmingham at Miles College for the weekend and I decided to look for boots that I sew at my home store in Atlanta. This location did not have the boots. However, the salesman Maurice Carlise was the absolute best at showing me jewelry & bags to my liking. He has the best customer service I've ever had at any location. My mom & sister came in and he even made them feel special as well. I purchased 2 pieces of jewelry and so glad I did. Maurice made all the difference! It's people like him that make the price worth it. Thank you!!!

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst customer service award goes to this place. 2/3 SA’s today had the personality of a rock. Absolutely no help whatsoever! I won’t be back. If I’m in desperate need of a Louis, I’ll deal with my over the phone SA or the online store.
