- GPGracie PunchOct 27, 20251.0I came into the store on October 21st to replace two broken pieces of jewelry and was welcomed by the store manager. Their guarantee claims they’ll replace any tarnished or broken pieces. I was told I had to pay almost $400 more because I originally bought them with a discount. I’ve had replacements before with no extra charge, so this new policy feels inconsistent and misleading. Definitely not the customer care I expected.
