While I enjoyed the pieces, the worker who helped me, i believe her name was Bailey, was rude to her staff. And made very passive comments directed towards me. Overall I had a very unenjoyable experience and I hope her co workers are not affected by her actions.

Their guarantee claims they’ll replace any tarnished or broken pieces. I was told I had to pay almost $400 more because I originally bought them with a discount. I’ve had replacements before with no extra charge, so this new policy feels inconsistent and misleading. Definitely not the customer care I expected.
