  Rude older lady working AM shift on 3/12/26. No name tag, no name on receipt. Unprofessional. Gave me an attitude for asking for clarification on clearance pricing. Then went to checkout and gave attitude again on free tote bag promotion saying "if he wants." Proceeds to do second transaction without offering tote bag. Really nasty attitude for a place that isnt that busy. Dont know what's going on at home, but dont take it out on customers thanks.

  They roasted the hell out of me for walking in and asking if they sold ties 😂 5/5 very helpful. PS they do not sell ties

  You're welcomed as soon as you walk in. They're very knowledgeable and professional. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They have many styles and sizes of shoes, sneakers and boots.

  This store sold me a pair of shoes that had already been worn. Unfortunately, I did not notice this at the time of purchase (lesson learned—always check the bottoms of shoes before leaving the store). Less than 48 hours later, I attempted to return them and was denied a refund because the shoes were considered “worn” and therefore against store policy. While I understand and respect that policy, it should apply consistently—customers should not be sold worn merchandise in the first place. As a result, I was denied a return for shoes I personally never wore but that were clearly worn before I purchased them. This was a disappointing experience and reflects poorly on quality control and customer service.

  Prejudice and an unwelcoming space. I was suspected of stealing when i literally walked around trying shoes to see if i could get what i was looking for in a bot which i did not. Wouldn’t come back.
