I had to leave my basket of items, and hunt down another store's public restroom, while still needing to use it in a hurry. It was an EXTREMELY inconvenient situation, not to mention physically uncomfortable. Yet, it could have been avoided by a simple unlocking of a door. It was not good business. Especially considering that I chose to spend my money in the OTHER store, and never returned to Citi Trends to purchase the cart FULL of merchandise left behind! Management should seriously reconsider their policy on refusing the restrooms to their customers. It is not at all beneficial... either way you look at it. And, I, for one, will not be back until the policy is revised, and I can shop without running the risk of getting a bladder infection, or experiencing the embarrassment of a grown woman pee-pants catastrophe! š Ummm..No.
