While my wife was looking, she fell in love with a ring, and with our anniversary coming up, the lady suggested I should take a picture. So I did. I came back without my wife one day, and she knew exactly which ring it was. They were all so helpful and made our anniversary special. My wife was shocked. Thanks so much for all the help.

I have a bracelet that I did not purchase there, the clasp was loose causing the bracelet to frequently fall off. Connor stepped in with some tools, took less than 5 minutes and the clasp felt brand new. Didn’t even charge me. Due to Connor’s customer service I will continue to come back. 5 stars for Connor!
