While my wife was looking, she fell in love with a ring, and with our anniversary coming up, the lady suggested I should take a picture. So I did. I came back without my wife one day, and she knew exactly which ring it was. They were all so helpful and made our anniversary special. My wife was shocked. Thanks so much for all the help.

I have a bracelet that I did not purchase there, the clasp was loose causing the bracelet to frequently fall off. Connor stepped in with some tools, took less than 5 minutes and the clasp felt brand new. Didn’t even charge me. Due to Connor’s customer service I will continue to come back. 5 stars for Connor!

After Receiving an estimate and approving it, I called later in the week. I was told the bracelet was ready, but when I came to pick it up, it wasn’t finished. It actually took a couple extra days, which at first was a little frustrating. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due—Connor was the person I dealt with throughout the process, and he completely turned the situation around. He explained the miscommunication clearly, took responsibility when it wasn’t directly involving him, and made sure things were handled the right way. He diffused what could have been a frustrating experience and left me feeling like a valued customer. Mistakes happen, but Connor’s professionalism and customer service really stood out, and because of him, I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you Connor.
