- VOVero O4 days ago5.0Visited the store on 11/25/25 to buy a perfume. The brunette associate who helped me was amazing. The stars are for her. I couldn't decide between 3 scents. I finally decided on a gift set but she was nice enough to give me 2 samples and asked me to return. I purchased le parfum by jimmy choo, and love it. When checking out another association helped me (#4502). I placed the samples inside each other and tucked the. under a ribbon on the gift box (the perfume and lotion came in) When i got home 1 was missing. I could not believe #4502 would take it but she did. What a shame to have such a great experience ruined over a sample.

Everytime I would come close to the counter she would say "Go other there, she's open". Finally I was ready to check out when she was finished counting her cash. She still wanted me to go across the store to check out. When I did, the other customers said she has sent several of the other customers across the store to check out as well. The cashier was very nice that checked us out although, we had items from the lingerie department. We saw the cashier from the lingerie department leave to go out to the Mall area. If she didn't want to work, why didn't she just stay home?
