  I have bought a nice wardrobe of Alo Yoga clothing. Everything gets five stars except the sweatshirts, is it so hard for the price they charge to get a 100% cotton sweatshirt that doesn’t pill the first time you wear it and wash it. All the other clothing is Quality made with the exception of their sweatshirt items. So Buyer beware because when you wear it one time and wash it, it will look like it’s 10 years old.. I don’t know how someone on here got their shipping so fast but my shipping is super slow even when I check for member loyalty two day shipping. I’m lucky to get it in two weeks. Every item I’ve gotten takes at least three weeks.

  Alo at the summit is by far my favorite store and nothing compares! Shania is so helpful and always welcoming. Alo is a game changer and l always get compliments from others on the clothes and shoes!

  I went in to purchase a Christmas gift. Diana could not have been more helpful. She was so knowledgeable and kind! A beautiful store and great addition to The Summit!

  I had such an amazing experience at Alo! The sales and service manager, Shania, was incredibly helpful—she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and loves what she does. On top of being extremely professional, she carries herself with such kindness and confidence—it really makes the whole store feel welcoming. Easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and positive energy!

  This has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience. An $80 gift card was charged to the credit card but never loaded onto the card. Because the store didn’t take the gifter’s contact info, I’ve been stuck going back and forth between customer service and the store with no resolution or accountability. This is still an ongoing matter, and the amount of effort it’s taking to get this resolved and refunded is way too much. For a brand that prides itself on quality, this feels very careless and unfair. I strongly urge everyone to check your gift card balance from Alo Birmingham
