From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome, not just like another customer, but like someone whose needs mattered. Andrew took the time to listen to what I wanted: which styles I liked, what I needed the glasses for (bright sun, traveling, etc.), and what my budget was. He didn’t push me toward the most expensive options, but helped me compare features like lens quality, frame shape, fit, so I could make a decision I felt good about. His knowledge is top-notch, he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to what makes sunglasses both stylish and functional. What really stood out was Andrew’s patience. Trying on maybe a half dozen pairs, asking his opinion, stepping back for honest feedback, he made it easy and fun. He even cleaned up a few of the display pairs to show me just how polished they look when well-maintained. When I finally settled on a pair, he made sure they fit well, adjusted them, and gave me tips for care. Andrew turned what could’ve been a stressful purchase into something really enjoyable. I left the store feeling confident in my choice and happy about how I was treated. If you’re planning to go to Sunglass Hut, ask for Andrew. He sets the standard for excellent customer service.
