Asked about an estee lauder sample at the makeup counter after waiting over ten minutes and the cashier told me she’d help me when she got done checking the customers behind me out and then she never helped me. My dad was at the jewelry counter with another woman, a few minutes after we left I came back in looking for something and I heard her talking negatively about my dad to another cashier. This was our first trip to the auburn mall in a while and will likely be our last. Awful service.
