- DDDavid DayJul 27, 20251.0Upon initial entry Dorothy, some old black woman, was very rude and yelled at my 2 year old son for simple shaking the hand of the mannequin located at the front doors. Then when it was our turn to check out it was her register we got. My wife said hello Dorothy, and she said extremely a very rude manner, and what we think from research is called ebonics, " who you is, you be knowing me" we said no, your name tag indicates who you are. Then I asked about the teacher discount sign on the door, and she said " you gots your badge" I said no but how much do you give veterans. She said " y'all get nothing ". Me or any of my family will every shop at jc Penny's again just for this. She needs not be interacting with the public. Maybe in the back storeroom or unemployed.
