She was so nice and actually offered help when most of the time I'm feel ignored at this store. I had planned to start going to another location but Brandy changed my mind completely. The lady in front of us was obviously having an issue with her account/purchase and the lady behind the counter was helping her. My partner and I waited patiently but were never greeted or as much as looked at. We waited and waited and instead of being apologized to and offered an explanation, she says “Guys you need to go check out at cosmetics.” Without even looking up and then continues her conversation. Rude rude rude.
