  I really do not like to leave negative reviews, but my experience in this store was such a disgrace to such a beautiful brand of which I own a lot of fantastic pieces, that I need to warn others about it. When I entered the store and said hello, I was answered with complete silence and ignored. This was already interesting, as I was the only customer and there were almost eight staff members in the store. During my (short) visit, I was stalked by one of the employees through the whole store when I looked at the various pieces; she even started standing in front of me when I looked at something, without saying anything. Nobody bothered to ask whether I needed any help. In the meantime, another employee was screaming the whole time from the stairs, it was truly deafening. I quickly had enough of this circus and left the store, and to make matters worse, one of the employees then had the nerves to lock the door behind me. This is the most hostile and terrible service I have ever had in a store, let alone a Max Mara store, of which customers may expect excellent service and professional staff members.

  Joli choix de vêtements, mais pratique ancestrale de réclamer le cash ou majorer de 2% si règlement avec CB , on se croirait au bazar avec des pratiques limites dans un magasin qui se veut être du standing
