Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 25-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. No matter the weather or time of year, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. - MMmccmFeb 2, 20261.0Bottom of the barrel. Stopped in last weekend to get one box of ammo and the "gun counter manager" helped every other customer in there besides me. You're forced to ask an employee to get a box of ammo for you because they rat hole all of it behind the counter now. Then you stand there wasting time (in my case, over 15 minutes) until they decide to get it for you, while they act like it's some sort of hassle for them. 99% of the time, they only have one employee working back there and it always seems to be the "manager" who chooses to help the person buying a gun and ignore everyone else. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store over the last eight or nine years and it's insulting to keep giving these clowns my money with how they treat people. Their customer service is beyond abysmal and half the time, there are no employees working at the front registers, or if there actually is one working, they're either completely clueless as to how to process a transaction or can't seem to find the items in the back you ordered off their website. In addition, this store constantly lists merchandise for a higher markup in-store than what their website lists them for, forcing you to tell them at the register with your phone in hand so they can perform an "override" and charge you the lower price. Oh and let's not forget that at least HALF the merchandise in the store has no price tag on it either, which should be illegal in my opinion. I'm so sick and tired of this place and I'll be buying all my ammo elsewhere from now on.

By all accounts, an item i was looking for should have been in stock but the shelf was empty. Even got a manager involved to look for it. Was told directly, that inventory was wrong and they couldn't help me. Told me just to order it online(which takes three weeks to arrive in Juneau).
