  I wish I could give less than 1 star but unfortunately that's the minimum, which is still more than the service I received from their incredibly rude staff. My first experience at a Lululemon store, I picked up a quarterzip sweater that had two black stains on it. I mentioned that $138 was steep for a stained white sweater and asked if they had another one in the back which they stated they did not. I again asked if anything could be done at about the stain which the woman at the counter tossed a cleaning wipe in my bag and said that should work. So I proceeded to check out, I was making small talk and said I usually don't spend that much money on just a shirt and she looked at me up an down and said yeah I can tell. Apparently a Columbia jacket isn't fancy enough to wear into the store. I got home (irritated at her comments) and took the sweater out of the bag only to find the security tags still securely attached to the sweaters. Didn't even take them off. Moral of the story, if you want to support this clothing brand, find a new location. If you wanted to be treated like garbage go here. Zero stars. Returning everything I bought out of annoyance. Not giving 1 cent to that location. I've bought multiple jackets at Canada Goose, Hoodies from Cabela's... Literally everywhere else has better service. Homeless people on the streets talk to you nicer than they do. Happy shopping!

  Lululemon at Dimond Center has some of the best customer service. The employees great you as soon as you walk in the store. They are attentive to you and answer your questions without carrying if you are a man looking for your wife and daughter clothes. 😉

  I went in to buy shorts, and overall the experience was okay, but a lady that helped me made me and my friend feel uncomfortable. She wouldn't leave us alone, was standing there as soon as I got out of the fitting room and asked me if I made a decision before I could even talk to my friend about what I was thinking about the clothes. Then came by another 5 -7 times to check on us in the short 15 minute span we were there. It was super awkward and I could tell she though we were trying to steal or something. Everyone else was nice but this girl really needs to learn to give people space. Idk her name she was a tall red head. For how exp6atuff is I expect the experience to be more comfortable than that.

  I had an issue with my leggings and the manager was great and so kind! Steph...? I think I heard someone call her Steph, but I am just thankful she was able to help me out along with the sales associate. Thank you!
