I was excited to go shopping at JCPenny, left very disappointed. Waited too long to have someone assist me at the Jewelry counter. I asked one of the employees that passed me, she said she's over there. Waited, hoping someone will finally see me. I ended leaving all the clothes I was going to purchase. What happened to customer service JCPenny?

Although it was busy ALL DAY, he made sure we got the same quality , time , and effort as everyone else . The pictures came out super cute too ! THANK YOU JCPENNEY PHOTOS for working with my family ! We also Appreciate the photographer that did our pictures so much !
