Saying how they’re lazy and she has to pick up slack constantly, openly blaming them for things not being filled, seems to be a pattern like nothing is ever her fault, weird considering she’s always outside smoking. Also witnessed her standing over a new staff member and actively getting upset that they weren’t fast enough. Really sad to see that. Even walked in one day and the manager and a staff were screaming at each other in the back the staff member who served me was trying to keep from crying. I have been coming here since the store opened and the store has always had staff turnover but in the last few months it seems to always be a new person behind the counter. The problem doesn’t seem to be the staff. The manger clearly hasn’t been in retail that long
