- CIcalled as isNov 29, 20251.0The manager was talking badly about her staff members while there was multiple people in the store. Saying how they’re lazy and she has to pick up slack constantly, openly blaming them for things not being filled, seems to be a pattern like nothing is ever her fault, weird considering she’s always outside smoking. Also witnessed her standing over a new staff member and actively getting upset that they weren’t fast enough. Really sad to see that. Even walked in one day and the manager and a staff were screaming at each other in the back the staff member who served me was trying to keep from crying. I have been coming here since the store opened and the store has always had staff turnover but in the last few months it seems to always be a new person behind the counter. The problem doesn’t seem to be the staff. The manger clearly hasn’t been in retail that long
