  Fire and Flower has gone downhill every day since its opening; and even more so with the manager Trina. Trina is very rude to customers and most of all her staff. Look at half the reviews here and it's just reiterating the fact that Trina treats everyone there terribly, regardless if you're an employee or not. As a customer; she is extremely pushy and rude. She cannot take no for an answer. She tries to upsell, you decline and she gets progressively ruder until you give in or leave. She is also gossipy, the amount of times I have overheard her speaking negatively about her employees and customers is disgraceful. As for the compliance, the store doesn't seem to have a handle on its inventory which is very concerning. They can never find products that you need, or can't sell you a product in hand because it's missing from the inventory. It's very sad to have a business treat people and staff this way. Hopefully Fire and Flower head office will help amend these issues for the betterment of everyone

  Best selection of vapes in town, just hate shopping when the manager is working, she’s been pressuring reviews lately, which is normal for retail, but I overheard her trying to offer a discount to another person for a review. Big yikes!!!!

  [AVOID THIS STORE] my experience at this location was far from positive. The manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism that left me shocked. During my visit, it was evident that they were not adhering to AGLC protocols, which is concerning for a cannabis establishment. The staff seemed confused and left without guidance, creating a chaotic atmosphere. Additionally, there were issues with inventory and product knowledge, which really detracted from the overall experience.It's crucial for cannabis stores to prioritize compliance and professionalism, especially considering the regulations in place. I hope this store can reconsider its management Until then, I cannot recommend .

  Needed a new vape pen and this woman im sure she was the manager she was so kind welcoming and friendy she helped me find what I needed and was such a great help very knowledgeable

  As a regular customer, I’ve noticed ongoing issues with how this store is managed. On multiple visits, the female manager has spoken to employees in a curt, dismissive manner and corrected them publicly in front of customers. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and takes away from the experience. There also appears to be constant staff turnover. Familiar, capable employees seem to disappear, and there is almost always a new face serving. From what I’ve observed, staff are often corrected publicly and spoken to in ways that would understandably be embarrassing, with concerns brushed aside rather than addressed constructively. Over time, this seems to drive good employees away. Customer interactions can feel similarly strained. The manager is very persistent with upselling, and when a customer declines or does not immediately agree, the tone of the interaction noticeably changes. What should be a simple transaction can quickly feel tense. Taken together, these patterns affect the overall environment. High turnover, uncomfortable staff interactions, and pressured sales risk pushing both employees and loyal customers away, which could quite possibly harm the store’s long-term success. A more respectful management and communication style would significantly improve the experience.
