I went to the Samsonite store at CrossIron mall and Jane was incredibly helpful. She quickly figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot, without charging us a penny. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into an easy fix just 3 days before our flight. Highly recommend this store.

We also want to mention Maria and Annie, who were also kind & welcoming and even managed to make our fussy toddler smile and comfortable! It has been a very long time since we’ve experienced customer service this genuine and thoughtful. We left feeling taken care of and happy with our purchase.
