I went to return/ exchange something which I was told when I bought it that it would be exchanged for store credit if they didn’t fit! I spread out buying presents all year so I don’t have to buy them in one hit. The item was a birthday present and the size was too big. I go to exchange for something else or store credit and am told no. I explained I was told when I purchased them that they could be exchanged at any lululemon. The workers would not accept this and told me to go to the original store. Well no I don’t live around there hence I was returning them to the local one. Costumer service is terrible at this location and will never recommend to anyone.
