  I ordered sunglasses online via store and paid money. The cashier said it will come in 2 weeks but even waiting for one month it did not come. When i called the store they said that we forgot to place an order. They wasted my time. Big no to this store, worst customer service

  TIM was amazing…he listened to what we wanted and found the perfect fit. He talked us through all the styles and pros and cons of each. Excellent service

  Came here the other day. They had wayyy too many staff. There was like 5 people on the floor when the store itself isn't that big. But i absolutely hate pushy sales people. I told them I was browsing and one girl kept handing me sunglasses that were very obviously too big for me or just plain gross. And then all the staff were talking very loudly with each other and inbetween customers, i just found it weird. And lastly, my boyfriend had a coffee in there and he sat it down a for second and one of the employees pounced on him to remove it. I just found my visit here very annoying and I probably won't go back here.
