  Not recommended!!!! After spending $1200 on glasses the refuse to replace one of my glasses, she said she see scratch which’s not true, but this why I will never recommend this place as it’s expensive and the return policy not clear as the salesperson he’s the only one who decides if it’s okay to be replaced only if you are a friend or family member as we saw while we were there. Never be there again and will always tell my followers everywhere in Canada to not buy from this company.

  My frist time in this store today i was looking forward to purchase a pair of sunglasses, but omg there was 2 sale people there a man and a Asian girl there the asian girl came over and as if we need help we were just having a look she was so rude i have in my life met anyone like that girl i will never go in to that store agian i ask how much were the Versace she looked at me and said they are super expensive but she said in a turn off voice that so rude super disrespectful i will never go in this store holy omg i hope this company have a D.m who care about this company reputation gust service. Is disgusted ing horrible

  I came into the Cross Iron Mall location today to get my wife’s sunglasses fixed. Warren helped me and spent a good 20min on them. He was super chill, friendly and personable. And considering it was Black Friday weekend and the mall was busy, he didn’t act annoyed. He then helped me with getting my self some sunglasses. Again he was super chill, helpful and not pushy at all. He made my experience there very positive, and I will for sure be back in the future. Thanks Warren!! 👍🏼👍🏼
