- PFPat FletteNov 29, 20255.0I came into the Cross Iron Mall location today to get my wife’s sunglasses fixed. Warren helped me and spent a good 20min on them. He was super chill, friendly and personable. And considering it was Black Friday weekend and the mall was busy, he didn’t act annoyed. He then helped me with getting my self some sunglasses. Again he was super chill, helpful and not pushy at all. He made my experience there very positive, and I will for sure be back in the future. Thanks Warren!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Manager was standing beside the employee and don’t say a word. I guess reserving glasses don’t mean anything at this store. Manager is the bald guy. He knew what he has done but didn’t say a word to explain his actions.
