  Wanted a watch, all agents busy. Stood around for a good 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone. 2 of them looked right at me then looked away, not even a “Hello” or “Hi, we’ll be with you as soon as we can” so I left. Worst-Customer-Service-Ever. Never coming back. Believe all the other negative reviews, don’t go here.

  I went to the store for an exchange because my watch had a manufacturing defect, and honestly, I wasn’t sure if they would be able to do anything for me. The sales associate (Murtaz) was incredibly helpful and reassured me right away. He handled the situation with professionalism and made the entire exchange process smooth and hassle-free. He also took the time to show me different options so I could pick the perfect replacement. I left the store really happy and impressed with the level of customer service.

  No return and the guy who sold the watche to my mom said that she can change during 30 days without saying must be same price or higher Yesterday we came and the lady get annoyed when we ask for exchange and she said that only exchange if same price or higher and she also said all the watches are different prices. Then she don't allow to change the second times

  Bought a watch from their shop and it’s minutes hand got lose within 6 months. Took the watch to them to get it fixed but I was told they can’t fix it as they don’t have tools & I will need to courier this watch to their Toronto office/workshop at my own expenses! Insane!!

  There is nothing less than one star, otherwise my rating would be that they don't even deserve one star. Worst customer service experience there. There was three girls very rude and fully arrogant specially one indian girl.Do not buy any watch from there as they won't even change the battery for their own brand. How pathetic is that.
