- KTK TNov 16, 20251.0Wanted a watch, all agents busy. Stood around for a good 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone. 2 of them looked right at me then looked away, not even a “Hello” or “Hi, we’ll be with you as soon as we can” so I left. Worst-Customer-Service-Ever. Never coming back. Believe all the other negative reviews, don’t go here.

The sales associate (Murtaz) was incredibly helpful and reassured me right away. He handled the situation with professionalism and made the entire exchange process smooth and hassle-free. He also took the time to show me different options so I could pick the perfect replacement. I left the store really happy and impressed with the level of customer service.
- CLC LeeAug 17, 20252.0I’ve gone to their store a couple times and tried to give them a few chances, but they all seem to be the same when it comes to customer service where they just act very snobbish and they seem judgemental of their customers. It’s irritating because I own a few Movado watches and they always act surprised when they see one on my wrist as though I couldn’t afford it. They seem to treat the customers like they can’t afford to buy the items even though they certainly can.

There was three girls very rude and fully arrogant specially one indian girl.Do not buy any watch from there as they won't even change the battery for their own brand. How pathetic is that.
