  Thanks, Carlyne, for helping me with my order! I already got it. You were a huge help, especially since we didn't know how to place the order from one store to another. At the Premium Outlet, all they do is tell us which store has the size I need and give us a form and instructions to call your store. I still asked for help because we didn't know, and they said I was the one who needed to call your store. Thank goodness when my husband called, Carlyne answered the phone and made it easy for us. You're the best, Carlyne!   So I wanna give my honest opinion of this store! First and foremost I’m shocked of the bad reviews this was the first time that my daughter and I were in this store and I was paying attention to how everyone was being treated and it was with kindness and respect all around! Secondly I need to give a shout out to Javier. He is amazing and a huge asset to this company. He was making sure every customer had what they needed he was checking stock in the back. He was making sure all the customers were happy. He was laughing with them joking with them. The kindest guy I have ever met and he made our shopping experience so good, 1000% better than what I expected it would be, I cannot say how huge of an asset he is to Michael Kors!!!! We came back the next day and the people were really friendly, but we definitely missed Javier being there. He was just on top of everything and just so happy and bubbly and I’m so grateful for the experience that he provided to us and everyone else, And not only that but we came in in sweatpants and hoodies and it’s not like we were dressed all fancied up and he didn’t look at us any different than the people that were dressed fancy looking like they’re ready for a night on the town so I really respect that Because you would expect in a higher end store that when people come in like that, usually they’re not respected to that degree and Javier and the other lady working there made sure that we were taking care of just like everybody else No judgement at all! The employees were fantastic today as well and they were extremely helpful, I highly highly recommend this store. I also want to add that if you’re unsure about products online or in store they can help you order products and get what you need but again amazing service and caring experience for our first time in Michael Kors and the products are a really good quality as well thank you Javier!!!!!
