  Within 4 months of buying a pair of align leggings, the inside is completely pilled. I wear these leggings less than once a week, and they are already showing significant signs of wear. This is the second time I have had to return leggings in less than 6 months due to quality. I am leaving a negative review for this location specifically because I called in to ask if my exchange would be accepted by phone, and was informed that it was a valid reason to exchange. I drove all the way in to be told that they would not be accepted. You have a responsibility to train your staff on consistent quality guidelines to not waste customers time. UPDATE: Manager Andrew helped me understand that Lulu’s guidelines are vague and hard to apply, leading to inconsistent employee advice. I really appreciated talking with him. That being said, the experience I had in person will still keep me from returning.

  Natalia was so helpful and accommodating! I was looking for a specific item I couldn’t find anywhere and the managers came up with a solution to help me get the coat I was looking for. Wonderful customer service - thank you so much! :)

  Service was ridiculous. I felt completely shocked to see 3 people standing around working on "tags" instead of helping people pay for these overpriced items. Said I would never shop here, and this was for sure the one and only purchase at this store.

  Dalal the sales associate is amazing!!! She answered all of my questions with such professionalism and offered many suggestions to me. She is incredible and I will definitely be coming back to the store because of her customer service. Thanks for the incredible experience Dalal!!
