  Sherrie greated us at the door, she was so helpful and kind and just a total sweet heart. The store is almost like a museum with all the taxidermy and cool stuff. I love the fish tank and the elevator.. great experience overall

  We recently purchased a dinnerware set and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kim. She truly went above and beyond to help us. She made sure we were buying the right product that met our needs and even helped us with packaging. She also ensured that we received the discount that was displayed in the store. We had visited Bass Pro the day before, but unfortunately, we were given the wrong product even after the code was scanned. The cashier also did not apply the advertised discount, even after we showed a picture. We later had to return the product because we were told an exchange was not possible since the display set was missing some pieces. Honestly, this was our third attempt, and it would not have been possible without Kim’s help. We truly appreciate her outstanding customer service.

  Everything you need is here! 🙌 And the staff? Absolutely amazing. From the door greeter — I didn’t catch her name (she’s an elderly lady with white hair) — but she was incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting everyone with the biggest smile. It honestly set the tone right away. And shoutout to Linda at the cashier — such a lovely lady! 💛 Great service really makes the whole experience even better.

  I visited the store thinking it was just an outdoor goods store, but it was totally different from other places. From the entrance, the first impression was like a museum, and the indoor atmosphere was also a complete museum. It is a place where water leisure products are maintained, but there are many other items. It will not be boring if you visit as a family at all. It is a place where people who like outdoor goods can hardly go out empty-handed. There is an aquarium and a shooting range where people can enjoy light activities.

  guys in the front desk are uneducated with bass pro return policy. I live 1 and half hour away so i called bass pro online phone and even double checked with the bass pro calgary if I can return my compound bow I bought a week ago and they said as long as its not damaged, has not been dry fired I can return it.so drove an hour and half to get to bass pro balzac calgary and they would not accept my bow as a return they said firearms, underwear, bows are all final sale and cannot be returned. which I already knew it can be returned and would not have wasted my time. They even called the lady from the archery section and she said it should say on top of your receipt that it should be final sale so I double checked my receipt and did not say anything about my bow being a final sale.so I went back to my car and called again the bass pro in northeast of calgary and they said I can return my bow so I drove another 20 mins to go to that store and they accepted my bow as a return. finally thank you bass pro calgary. to the owner of bass pro balzac please educate your workers.
