  I visited your store on Boxing Day around 6:30 and, overall, most of the staff were helpful and polite. However, I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had with one employee working in the fitting room area. While exiting the fitting room, I went to return the clothes I did not want. I politely asked the employee who was white boy and wearing glasses and curly hair twice that take the clothes, but he was busy chatting with another staff member. He then abruptly snatched the clothes from my hand and gave me a very rude look and drop the cloths on the floor and didn’t pick it back. I noticed similar behavior toward other customers as well. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, and his attitude appeared unprofessional and discriminatory. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  Logan was one of the best associates I’ve interacted with at American Eagle. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just making a sale. He answered my questions clearly, offered useful suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and efficient.

  Utter disappointment just to exchange the belt size. Unfortunately , I did not have the tags to exchange. But I had the digital receipt from the purchase which was bought 5 days ago and worn only for few seconds because of the size issue. though, they could not allow to exchange the belt size and told me to give it to the family member or reach customer service. If I had a family member , I would have given to them rather coming to all the way to cross iron mall. I just told them to keep it with them.Nothing against the staff but got disappointment about the exchange policy for a belt. It was a simple exchange of a belt. Never put a foot in my life. Thanks for the service.

  Friendly and helpful staff! Was asked if I needed any help multiple times, changeroom attendants were cheerful, and the cashier gave us a great discount that wasn't even advertised. Nice work, guys!

  Manager was so rude and so not accommodating. Their return policy is if you’re not satisfied, just return it. Now, she’s asking for tags even though I have receipts and in the return window. I only misplaced one tag and she acted as if I was a criminal, even smelling the item I returned. I returned some items with tags too and ahe wanted them attached. Even if I have the tags and receipts. I never experienced that kind of attitude with a manager, just that at Cross iron mills. I feel so embarrassed. Never again I will buy from American Eagle Cross iron mills if she’s the manager. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
