She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. She helped us choose luggage that was both durable and stylish, and truly gave us the best value. We also want to mention Maria and Annie, who were also kind & welcoming and even managed to make our fussy toddler smile and comfortable! It has been a very long time since we’ve experienced customer service this genuine and thoughtful. We left feeling taken care of and happy with our purchase. We purchased an additional luggage to our flight after “confirming” the final price with the associate, but unfortunately the money is wasted since the promotion price was not honoured at the end :(
