  Firstly please accept my sincere apologies for this extremely late feedback and review.... Purchase date : 7th October 2025 at the Rocky View County Store My entire family loves the collection from Tommy H and we have been customers of this brand from forever now. My mom was visiting me from India and I as always love to spoil her with some good Canadian Shopping experience so what better than Cross Iron Mills if one is in Calgary right !!!? During our visit to this store my mother needed some assistance with finding her style preference and I am no good help .. ha ha but a biggggg thank you to this gentle-lady named Ms. Ramneek who saw us struggling and came to our rescue and spent almost an hour with us helping my mother find her preferred style and comfort clothing but that was not the end of it, she also went above and beyond to ensure that we are extremely comfortable during our time in-store shopping. And not to forget the gentleman at the checkout named Mr. Jasprit who very pro-active and helped us check all the garments purchased for any damages as he understood that we may not be able to come back to the store as we weren't locals to Calgary. He also was very quick in assisting with a last minute purchase of a pair of sunglasses near to the checkout area. Thank you Team Tommy H at the Rocky View County. If I am in Calgary I am coming back to your store for sure. Thank you for making our experience nothing less than Delightful Kudos to Ramneek and Jasprit once again for all an amazing experience.

  I’ve been shopping at this store for a while and have consistently had positive experiences, but today really stood out. I went in looking for a dress for an upcoming fall work event and wasn’t sure where to start colour, and the right level of formality felt overwhelming. A manager on the floor noticed I was undecided and offered her help without being asked. She took the time to ask about the event and what I felt comfortable wearing, then recommended colour palettes and styles that actually complemented my skin tone and body shape. She pulled several pieces I wouldn’t have tried on myself and encouraged me to experiment with different lengths. What surprised me was how her eye for styling changed my whole approach: I ended up choosing a dress that felt more professional and flattering than anything I’d originally considered. Her honest feedback and patient fitting-room guidance made the experience fun and stress-free . I left feeling confident and “event-ready.” I also visited later in the day (around 3:30 PM) to return a shirt, and that interaction was handled efficiently and respectfully. The staff I dealt with were courteous and professional from start to finish. If you’re looking for helpful, attentive service and a team that actually cares about finding the right piece for you, this is a great place to shop.

  Staff at this store is very rude .. and it’s consecutively second time I am facing the harassment from them .. girls here said very rudely to go out of the store .. we are the responsible and educated clients and know the timings .. so no body has the right to speak rudely
