They took their time to assist me, and the quality of the clothing is absolutely premium — definitely worth the money. I highly recommend anyone looking for a top-tier brand with exceptional customer service to visit this location. They truly are the best, and I look forward to doing more business with them.

Very Disappointed I visited the Lacoste store to ask if they would be willing to exchange brand new polos I had purchased from The Bay (which is currently closed), and I had the receipt with me. While I completely understand their decision to decline the exchange, what really disappointed me was the attitude of the staff. One of the associates went to speak with someone else in the store about my request, and I overheard them laughing about it. It made me feel humiliated and small. For a brand that markets itself as premium, the lack of respect and empathy shown was incredibly disheartening. I expected better from Lacoste.
