Today I went there and wanted to buy sweater and i found a blue sweater and there was a sign of 60% off , i even confirmed it to 1 of the staffs and said yes its 60% off.. When Im about to pay at the counter the other staff said its only 50% off, i told her its there and also confirmed it to her colleague that it is 60% off… I end up paying it and so disapointed that staffs and their sign are not aligned. They guve confusion to customers. I hope this will not happen to other customer.
- EFEdgar FranciscoDec 22, 20255.0I had a bad experience one of your staff she seems grumpy rude and unfriendly and i feel Like i dont welcome at this store as soon as i enter at the store and i was looking for something to buy A gift and i was touching the beenie and scarf and im holding the bonnet and the staff came to me and told me that is come in a set you dont need to separate and i dont have a plan to separate it use your common sense i know that is a set and it comes in a box .. you should train your staff in a right manner how to treat the customer.. i left right away as i dont have a plan to come back again ..
