You ask again and ask mask again and ask again until I end up giving it to you in anger and tell you not to spam me. At the end of the transaction I ask how people without actual emails get their receipts and you say we print them for them. I say why do you need my email then ?? You say you didn’t have to give it to me you could have said no. I have said no 3 times on 3 separate times coming to your stores. This is an absolute pointless thing you put us both through EVERYTIME!!! Just let me NOT give you my email so you can scam me in the future!!!

I’ve had to face unprofessional and rude behavior from the same manager twice — on Thursday and again on Saturday night. On Thursday, I was waiting in line for a long time while one sales associate was busy with a return. I politely asked the manager (who was standing at the other counter) if she could help, and she curtly replied, “I’m working, she’ll help you,” even though she wasn’t assisting anyone. Moments later, two white male customers walked in, and she immediately invited them forward and helped them first — completely ignoring us waiting in line. That was blatant discrimination. On Saturday, I went for a return, and she once again spoke harshly and unprofessionally, refusing to accept the return and insisting I should’ve asked for a note at the time of purchase — something no customer would know unless the store clearly communicates its policies. Such disrespectful, arrogant, and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. I will never shop at DSW CrossIron Mills again, especially while this kind of management represents the brand.

The salesman guided me to go to counter as he told me that he will bring the shoes that I selected. I went to counter however shoes ware not there yet. Lady on counter was so rude while dealing with this and she turned me away. She did not even bother to call the salesman if he is bringing shoes or not. Will never visit this store.
