  Had a really great experience today! Rishab helped me out and made everything super easy. He was very friendly, patient, and actually took the time to understand what I needed instead of rushing through the process. You don’t always get that level of customer service these days, so it really stood out. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  I recently visited the DSW store and had a really disappointing experience with an employee named Rishab. He was extremely pushy and aggressive about getting donations—basically pressuring every single customer (including me) to contribute to some charity or cause right at the register. It felt forced and uncomfortable, like my purchase depended on it. When I politely declined, he kept insisting and made the whole interaction awkward and stressful. I’ve shopped at DSW many times before and never felt this kind of high-pressure tactic from staff. It’s off-putting and makes me not want to return. Management should address this—customers shouldn’t feel guilt-tripped or coerced into donating just to buy shoes. One star only because the store itself has nice selection, but this employee’s behavior ruined it.

  Awful experience. Was told I had until the end of January for returns. They did exchange them but were abrasive and gave us a set that had clearly been worn and returned as well.

She greeted us with a genuine smile and provided her full, attentive assistance without any rush. Muskan actively listened to my shoe query, asked great questions, and was incredibly helpful in navigating size selection. Her dedication to customer service, even at the end of her shift, is a rare and wonderful quality that truly sets her apart. Thank you, Muskan, for going above and beyond!"
