The staff member ERIN who assisted me yesterday night (January 17,2025) was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me choose two sunglasses for my brother and sister-in-law and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her honest recommendations and friendly attitude truly stood out. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely come back.

Instead she hovered a foot away from me. I’m personally not comfortable having a stranger stare at me while breathing down my neck. The comments with a rude tone to her voice topped it all off and ended with no sale. Hopefully in the future she will give other customers the space to comfortably shop, while offering guidance if requested.
