  I was just recently there, and I met a young man, who was constantly referring the other employees as their looks. Even when I wasn't speaking to him. As well I felt very judged by him when asking for a specific item. I think his name was Reese? Other than witnessing and feeling the disrespect I enjoyed the help from some of the other lovely employees! Overall customer service was unacceptable From him and I do not wish to have to deal with that kind of disrespect, especially after I have shopped there many times before.

  As other reviews have noted, this location has incredibly poor customer service. One employee Alona or Olena, I can’t recall, was incredibly rude while wife and I visited and were trying on pants. Not sure if she profiled us, since we were speaking Russian and I assume she was a newly arrived Ukrainian. Either way, completely unacceptable behaviour.

  Horrifying customer service. My wife got pants as a gift and needed to exchange for a different size. Called this location and was told that had one pair in stock and would hold them until 8pm.(close). Drove from Edmonton, got there at 6pm only to be told that they sold the pants because "online orders take priority" because they are "bought and paid for". Are the ones I went to exchange not also "bought and paid for"? Absolutely shocking. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service. On January 10, while I was waiting in line, I politely asked for a bag and was told by an employee that I would only be given one if I purchased an item. I calmly explained that I have a membership and asked him to look it up, yet he completely ignored me, refused to acknowledge what I said, and instead loudly called “next” as if I didn’t exist. The way I was dismissed was incredibly rude, humiliating, and unprofessional. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I am a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars a year at this store. Being treated with this level of disrespect after years of supporting this business is beyond disappointing. This experience left me feeling belittled, unwelcome, and seriously questioning whether I should continue shopping here.
