They made sure we were aware of why the piece was on clearance, and even suggested we triple check the items to make sure there were no stains/rips etc before we decided, as it was a floor model and final sale. They gave us great deals and we had everything finished up in about 10 minutes! Their options for delivery to Sylvan Lake unfortunately did not work with my schedule, so we got our own U-Haul and they wrapped it up and helped us load it! Not at all what I was expecting and very happily surprised. Thanks Red Deer the Brick outlet team!

The recipient chose the appliances, and whilst he was at the store, I was sent the invoice with a link to pay online. It can’t get much easier than that. Thanks Kyle. Delivery was great. The fridge came with a minor issue which was dealt with and resolved within an hour.

After only a few months, the bed railing broke due to extremely poor-quality materials. When I went to the store to file a warranty claim, I was told to come back another time because the person in charge of claims was not available. When I returned a few weeks later, I was then told that I had to call three different stores in Calgary just to find out which one my claim had been assigned to. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never shop there again.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
