Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- BBBentley1 day ago1.0Absolutely unacceptable customer service. On January 10, while I was waiting in line, I politely asked for a bag and was told by an employee that I would only be given one if I purchased an item. I calmly explained that I have a membership and asked him to look it up, yet he completely ignored me, refused to acknowledge what I said, and instead loudly called “next” as if I didn’t exist. The way I was dismissed was incredibly rude, humiliating, and unprofessional. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I am a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars a year at this store. Being treated with this level of disrespect after years of supporting this business is beyond disappointing. This experience left me feeling belittled, unwelcome, and seriously questioning whether I should continue shopping here.

She helped me find an outfit when the store was busy and made sure to check on me for sizes and give feedback since I was by myself. She even steamed it while I paid. Thanks again!!

They couldn’t give a proper reason as to why they can’t do my return even though I have the receipts, the items were all bought with regular price and they’re all within a week. I don’t see any reason why I can’t return the items. Never visit!
