  Really bad staff the past few months. Came in today (Mar 26 2026) at 11:40am to make a return and was ignored for the first bit while the staff there, a girl and guy, were fully engaged in personal discussion. As they finally took notice to me, they spoke and behaved as if I were the inconvenience. With dirty looks and a bit of an attitude. When I went to buy the jeans being returned, just days prior, the same guy was there with a different girl and they were both entirely unhelpful. I waited in change rooms for help with different sizing for probably 20 minutes, and when nobody showed up I inevitably had to go around digging through the piles to find sizes myself. Needing to take all my things, and every pair of jeans, as the doors lock behind you in the change room. As I was searching for new sizes myself, I was then approached by the guy with a serious attitude, as if he were mad I was messing up the already terribly unorganized piles. Once finding my size I then had to wait 10 minutes to have the room reopened despite the store being empty.This used to be my favourite spot to buy jeans, but the staff is incredibly disrespectful and rude making it a very uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend anyone shop here.

  I had an uncomfortable experience at this location. When I asked about price matching an online price, a staff member who appeared to be supervising others spoke to the cashier about me while I was standing there, saying the price would only be changed “if he asked nicely.” Regardless of her role, this comment felt unprofessional and awkward. If there was an issue, it should have been addressed directly and respectfully.

  Unlike the other clothing stores in the mall, AE stayed open until 5pm closing and helped me find what I needed. Super great customer service, especially at the end of the day!!! Helped me order in sizes they didn't have in store. Definitely secured my future business; it can be hard to find superior customer service these days.

  Nice clothes with different colors sizes even they have offered
