  Needed new shoes so I popped into the store in Grande Prairie. I was the only person in the store other than an associate who couldn't be bothered even to acknowledge me. I was in the store for at least 5 minutes looking for the shoes I wanted and trying to find my size not 20 feet away from the associated. At no time was could he be bothered to ask if I needed assistance. I walked out finally empty handed. I guess I get to keep my $150 in my pocket for a store that has employees who understand where there pay cheque comes from.

  Pretty good selection of footwear. Went in last minute before closing and found what I wanted in 5 minutes or less.

  They didn’t have my size on a Birkenstock Boston in the store, so a worker suggested they order from another area that had my size for me but when I got my birks it had black spots on the buckle as if it were used and damaged(but not too sure), but everything else was ok.

  They didn't have any of the brand and type of shoes I was looking for and they usually do?!!! 🤷‍♀️
