  Frequent shopper at lulu and I’ve got to say that the quality skills of the sales ppl def match up with the quality clothes. Very accommodating, friendly ppl w/ answers to any and every question Holly specifically is very good, always ask how your doing and helps you out real quick, she truly prioritizes your drip and cares that you stay looking fresh. A kind lady that makes the process of buying nice clothes insanely seamless, you’d think your just talking to a homie next thing yk your all wrapped up w/ the purchase. You don’t feel rushed at all too I prolly walk outta there the flyest when speaking w holly ngl Shay, another saleswomen who’s also very fire. Gives off team captain type vibes tbh. Shes always doing smth, sometimes 3 things at once maybe. But when you walk in yk for a fact Shay’s got the answers. Like game 7, 4th quarter, 10 seconds left on the clock I’m passing the ball to Shay fs And Nat, dripping out comes natural to this girl. It’s easy to make a purchase when you see the most fire fit on the person that’s talking about fire fits. She holds that store down 200%, pretty fine too ngl and uh ya if she’s there then good chance I’m tapping the card that day so ya. Stores lit tbh

  I hate shopping in malls in general but for some stores that are a little pricier with less consistency in sizing like Lulu, I try to go to the store if I can. Despite being an Edmonton resident I spend some of my time in GP so if I need something, I may end up in this store and I find the customer service to be lukewarm at best. Additionally there is something about the layout that makes me feel claustrophobic and the overall feeling I get is lacklustre, maybe a weekly Flashmob would help with the overall tone.

  Hands down best lululemon I have been to, everyone Is awesome but from the second I walked in the store literally 5 minutes to close (yes I was that person) Dominique was the sweetest person ever! Just smiles and chatting all throughout our transaction she was helpful and so nice! Fav lulu and fav employees!
